Febra fânului poate afecta semnificativ ochii, ducând la roșeață, mâncărime și lăcrimare. Această reacție este cauzată de răspunsul organismului la alergenii din aer, cum ar fi polenul. Deși febra fânului afectează în principal nasul, impactul asupra ochilor nu trebuie subestimat, deoarece poate reduce semnificativ confortul și claritatea vizuală.
